Get active with our Sports Camps at Dawlish Leisure Centre and Newton Abbot Leisure Centre. Our Camps will be delivered by fully qualified and experienced coaches, with a full DBS check in place. The camps will run for multiple days throughout the school holidays.

Our sports camps are for 5-14 year olds and action packed which allows children to learn new skills and have fun. All abilities are welcome and equipment will be provided. Sessions are fun, creative and well organised. 

When is our next camp?

Our next sports camp will take place during October Half Term: Monday 25 October to Friday 29 October 2021. What sports camp is available at each centre can be found below. 

Availability 

Our sports camps run for full and half days for children 5 - 16 years old. 

Half day, £13.50 / £11.20*

Full day, £23.50 / £19.60*

If you are a Jam Packed Junior Member, you are entitled to the reduced rate of £11.20 for a half day and £19.60 for a full day.

Not a Pay As You Go or Jam Packed Junior Member? 

If you have never used us before, you will need to visit one of our centres to either create a Pay As You Go Member Account or sign up for a Jam Packed Junior Membership. 

Booking instructions: In the 'course name' text box, type 'camp' and this will filter all the available sports camps available. To filter by centre, day and time, click on 'filter'. Book now.

What will you need for our camps? 

  • A big smile and lots of energy. 
  • Healthy packed lunch and snacks. 
  • A refillable water bottle. We have water stations available at each centre for bottles to be refilled. Please, no fizzy drinks. 
  • Sports / lose fitted clothing. 
  • Trainers.
  • A waterproof jacket. 
  • A change of clothes. 
  • Suntan lotion and a hat. 
  • Any medication your child requires.   

We provide all the equipment for the sports camps.

Jam Packed Junior Membership benefits

Camp rules and guidance 

We want to make the camp as fun and beneficial as possible, so we have a few ground rules we encourage all parents and children to follow: 

  1. We need 100% focus from everyone. The safety of all participants and staff is a top priority. Please no mobile phones during activity times. Phones must be stored in bags until break times. 
  2. We will need you to complete a quick emergency contact form on the day. 
  3. Please prepare for all weather conditions; we recommend bringing a change of clothes as several activities will take place outside. You can see our full list of what to bring above. 
  4. Please bring food and snacks with you. We will have plenty of breaks to refuel. 
  5. If your child has any medical requirements, please speak with one of our coaches before the camp starts. A medical questionnaire will need to be completed before your child can start. 
  6. Socks must be worn at all times during the trampolining sessions.
