You will need an active account with us, if you have an account and do not have access, please email: leisurememberships@teignbridge.gov.uk with your name, email and DOB. 

If you do not have an account with us, you can sign up for a non-member account which is free to create.

On-demand workouts remain free until covid restrictions ease and exercise classes return to our facilities. 

On-Demand Exercise Classes

Watch anywhere and at any time. Workout with the best local instructors by taking part in, yoga, indoor cycling, HIIT, circuits and so many more. 

Our on-demand exercises classes are ready for you to view at a time that suits you. On-demand is only available on the Teignbridge Leisure App. On-demand exercise classes can range from 20 - 60 minutes and are suited to all levels and abilities. 

We will release new workouts for you to do in the comfort of your own home on a monthly basis. 

Breathe in and Breathe out

Breathing exercises can help you relax, because they make your body feel like it does when you are already relaxed. Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.
