Staying active is important to your overall physical and mental well being. To keep you and your family active during Lockdown 3.0 we have created a number of workouts and activities to keep you going. 

Online Access

You will need an active account with us, if you have an account and do not have access, please email: leisurememberships@teignbridge.gov.uk with your name, email and DOB. 

If you do not have an account with us, you can sign up for a non-member account which is free to create.

Online Exercise Classes

Download the Teignbridge Leisure app for the full online and on-demand exercise class experience. If you do not have a smart phone you can watch our online classes right here on our website. Please note, our on-demand classes are not available on our website. 

On-Demand Exercise Classes

Watch anywhere and at any time. Our on-demand exercises classes are ready for you to view at a time that suits you. On-demand is only available on the Teignbridge Leisure App.

Breathing exercises can help you relax, because they make your body feel like it does when you are already relaxed. Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.
