FAQ

Re-enrolment takes place at the end of each term. Our next re-enrolment will take place between Monday 12th December - Saturday 17th December 2022. Each swimmer will have to confirm, request to change or cancel their next set of swimming lessons during the specified time period. Re-enrolment must be completed online either via the email sent to you or Parent Portal via the Teignbridge Leisure app or website.

Re-enrolment must be completed online. You can complete re-enrolment via your child's parent portal account on the Teignbridge Leisure App or on your My Profile. 

You can set up your parent portal by emailing our swim team.

Our new term will take place from Monday 12th December - Saturday 17th December 2022.

You can view your child's swimming lesson days and times on parent portal. Don't have a parent portal account? Set up now. 

Included as part of the Jam Packed Junior Membership. For Pay As You Go Members who pay per course, here are you course costs:

Not on our Jam Packed Junior Membership? Sign up on your next visit to our centres and enjoy junior exercise classes, swimming lessons, court hire, swimming and so much more.

The next swimming lesson term is 15 weeks.

If you are on a Jam Packed Junior Membership, swimming lessons are included. 

If you are a Pay As You Go Member, you pay for each term during re-enrolment. The next set of terms costs are:

Please note: If you do not confirm your space during the re-enrolment dates. You will be removed from your swim lesson and not re-enrolled.

Confirming lessons

On the 'Course Re-enrolment' Page accessed via the email sent to you or by Parent Portal. Select 'yes, please re-enrol me' and follow the payment process. Jam Packed Juniors Members will not need to make a payment but will need to confirm swimming lesson space. 

Requesting to move lessons

You still need to pay for your swimming lessons on the 'Course Re-enrolment' Page accessed by the email sent to you or Parent Portal. Select 're-enrol me on a different course' and enter the preferred day and/or time and follow the payment process.

Once submitted your request to move, a swim team member will contact you to confirm or discuss availability. 

Yes and at no extra cost. Our Jam Packed Junior Membership offers children a variety of weekly exercise classes, swimming lessons, Easter and Summer intensive lessons, public swimming, sports, supervised junior gym (11-13 year olds) and so much more. 

On your next visit, speak with a member of the team who will be more than happy to sign you up to a Jam Packed Junior Membership. 

Both swim schools (Newton Abbot Leisure Centre and Dawlish Leisure Centre) run as one; expanding your opportunities to learn this important gift for life. We operate using continuous assessments to ensure that swimmers progress through the scheme at their own pace.

Each course is individually rolled so there could be a couple of hours between each child's email - Please do not panic as this is normal. If you have not received an email by 5pm on Tuesday, here is what you can do:

  • We will send the re-enrolment email to the registered email on your child's swimming lesson account, check there.
  • Log in to your parent portal account on the Teignbridge Leisure App or website. 
  • Check your junk / spam folder on the registered email.
