Party Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully

  1. We will make every effort to ensure the safety of children. However, parents/guardians must ultimately accept responsibility for the welfare and behaviour of all children within the group. Children must not be left unattended at any time. 
  2. Your 2 hour party includes your party set up and clean down. The inflatable run or bouncy castle, tables and chairs/benches will be ready for your arrival at your party booking time. 
  3. Parties are available for all children 3 - 14 years old. 
  4. Teignbridge accepts no responsibility for any personal loss which may be incurred during the birthday party.
  5. The responsible party adult must ensure the inflatable rules are adhered to. These are available on the day of your party and are there for the safety of all children. 
  6. 7 days' notice of cancellation is required to be eligible for a refund. 
  7. Food and drink must be consumed in the designated area and not consumed on the inflatables. 
  8. Before you photograph any children in your party, please ensure you have parental consent. 
  9. No party can be booked for more than the maximum number stated for the party. 
    1. Dry-side inflatables:
      1. There must be the correct ratio of adults to children at your party: Children under 8 years – 1 adult per 8 children. 
      2. Children over 8 years – 1 adult per 12 children 
    2. Wet-side inflatables:
      1. A responsible adult 16+ may bring two children under the age of 8, but only 1 of those children can be under 5. The adult must be in the water with the children at all times.
  10. Our qualified and experienced lifeguard team will supervise all pool parties. 
  11. Parties are subject to availability; we recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  12. Your own birthday cake may be brought along. You must provide your own candles, matches/lighter and knife. 
  13. Please do not bring helium balloons. 
  14. In the event of an emergency during your party, please follow staff instructions.
  15. Payment is required at the time of the party booking.
  16. In the unlikely event of a party booking becoming unavailable due to an event/gala, we will offer an alternative location / full refund. 
  17. We will provide rubbish bags for you to clean down after your party. A team member will dispose of the rubbish bags.
