Our Aerobic classes are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. These classes feature high-energy workouts that will help you to improve your cardiovascular health and burn calories. Our instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises, including jogging, jumping jacks, and dance moves, to help you achieve your fitness goals.

In our Choreographic classes, you'll learn fun and exciting dance routines that will get your body moving in new ways. Our instructors will teach you a variety of dance styles, from hip hop to salsa, and help you to develop your coordination, rhythm, and balance. You don't need to be a dance expert to enjoy these classes - they are suitable for all levels of fitness and dance experience.

Zumba

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music with great people, and burn a ton of calories without realizing it. You'll become addicted. You'll reserve your next class space before leaving the studio! Zumba is a fitness party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. 

Each session involves highly choreographed movements set to upbeat music. Essentially, Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise—and coming back for more. You'll be bringing friends to your next class to prove how good it is! 

 

Thighs, Bums and Tums

TBTs stands for Thighs, Bums and Tums and is part of our Jam Packed Membership. The class is an absolute calorie blast, targeting those troublesome areas with a mix of aerobic and strength exercises. Our instructor will guide and support you through each element of the class. 

 

Strong Nation

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every move. Every squat, every lunge and every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep and maybe even five more.

 

Step Fitness

This modern-day step class combines basic, easy-to-follow step sequences with cutting-edge toning exercises for a fun, full body workout to boost your metabolism and burn those calories! This motivating class is designed to give you the challenge you want, whilst ensuring you are catered for individually on our height-adjustable, impact absorbing steps.

All exercise classes can be booked on our app or by logging into your My Profile Account. 


Cancellation policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be given at least 2 hours before the booking; otherwise, a fee will be retained for pay as you go users and applied to members' accounts at the standard price of the activity.
  • All leisure users who fail to attend and/or cancel within 2 hours on three occasions within a 30 day period will lose their booking privileges for a month.
