Welcome to our Group Exercise Classes, 

When people first join us, they're often unsure what they should do once they step inside the building. Some struggle to determine which exercises to do. Others simply don't know how to do them. Group fitness classes may be your solution, whether you're a beginner with us or don't have much fitness knowledge. Joining a class can help build a foundation and structure that you can use to fuel your health journey for years to come.

Group fitness is an excellent way to workout without thinking or planning. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool down. The warm-up is designed to help you raise your heart rate properly while loosening your joints and muscles before jumping into the main activity. The cool down will bring you back down to a state of calm.

Not a member? View our price list for class prices. Our centre will only accept card payments, no cash at our centres. Gym, swim and exercise classes can be paid for on our app or website.

Working out with us 

Already a member? 

All exercise classes are included in the Jam Packed Adult Membership. Water-based exercise classes are included in the Jam Packed and Aquacize Membership. Pay As you Go members and Aquacize members can upgrade to a Jam Packed Membership or Pay As You Go to participate in all our dry-side exercise classes.

Our Pay As You Go prices are available on our price list. 

Cancellation policy

  1. Notice of cancellation must be given at least 2 hours before the booking; otherwise, a fee will be retained for pay as you go users and applied to members' accounts at the standard price of the activity.
  2. All leisure users who fail to attend and/or cancel within 2 hours on three occasions within a 30 day period will lose their booking privileges for a month.
