Your journey starts with us now!

Joining the gym for the first time can be daunting and you may have lots of questions. Our Gym Instructors will not just provide the answers, they’ll provide solutions, meaning you’ll be supported throughout your gym journey.

Start your gym journey the right way. Included in your Jam Packed Membership, the gym journey is designed to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your health and well being goals. Our instructors are fully qualified and experienced and will support and guide you through all aspects of your journey.

To start your gym journey, you must sign up for a Jam Packed Membership. Once signed up, you can book your Step 1 - Gym Induction by logging in to your My Profile Account or via our Teignbridge Leisure App.

The Gym Induction

This is the beginning of your gym journey to help you find your feet and identify your goals whilst guiding you through safe and effective use of the equipment. Our online gym induction is available 
Step 2

The Personal Programme

An opportunity to review your most effective use of the equipment, create a personalised programme to ensure you are working most efficiently towards your goals.  
Step 3

Programme Review

A review of your initial programme providing an opportunity to measure your progress and identify areas to work on.  
Step 4

Programme Review

To identify your progress to date, set new objectives, offer new exercises and training methods, inspire, motivate and encourage your continued success.

Booking your gym journey

The gym journey is part of the Jam Packed Membership. Please book your journey appointments on our app, on your My Profile Account or contact a member of the gym team on your next visit.
