Swimming is for everyone no matter what age or level of fitness. Any age can learn to swim and there is no age limit on when you can no longer swim. Swimming is a life long skill that could save your or another’s life.  It is never too late to learn to swim. Swimming is an excellent way to keep fit and we cater for all. Woman only, parent and toddler, senior classes amongst others.

Our pools host a number of lane swimming, general swimming, swimming lessons and water based exercise classes.

Supervision of children: A responsible adult 16+ may bring 2 children under the age of 8 but only 1 of those children can be under the age of 5. The adult must be in the water with the children at all times.

Special Swim Sessions are for people who are disabled or physically less able.

Fun Swims are charged per session.
