Create your free Parent Portal account with us today. It is the best way to keep informed of your child's swimming lesson details. Parent Portal will answer all your questions: Are lessons running through the school holidays? When is our next lesson? How do I re-enrol? How is my child progressing? Parent Portal can answer all of this, plus more.

What do I get by creating an account?

The account is free to create and use and is divided into the following sections:

• Sports Course Booking Details

Your child's course name, description, level, discipline, date of next session, location and payment option is listed under Sport Course Booking Details, giving you a quick overview.

• Future Sessions

Don't miss a lesson. Find out if lessons are running through school holidays. All the lesson dates are listed for the entire term so that you can plan around your child's lessons with ease.

• Attendance

View your child's attendance by lesson.

• Competencies

Track your child's progress through each stage. Our teachers will update weekly on their progress so you can see how they are getting on and support as a family in those areas that need extra work.

• Re-enrolment

At the end of each term, you can easily confirm your child's next set of swimming lessons through Parent Portal. You will also receive an email and app push notification prompt to complete.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is simple! You can email swimlessons@teignbridge.gov.uk or at your next swimming lesson speak with a member of the reception team.

If emailing, please send the following information to our team:

Step one. If you, the parent/guardian, do not have an account with us, we will need to set you up on our system. Please email your full name, date of birth, address, contact phone number and email.

Step two. In the same email we will require the following information regarding your child on swimming lessons: their full name (as displayed on our system), date of birth and/or Teignbridge Leisure card number (starts with TDC).

You will receive an email to update your password once our team has created your account. You have 24 hours to reset.

Once set up and your password has been reset, you can view it on our Teignbridge Leisure App and Website.
