Overview

Guest Bookings allows non-registered users (“Guests”) to book specific activities at any Teignbridge Leisure facility without needing a pay as you go account or membership, except when using the app.

Booking Eligibility

  • Guests must provide accurate information when making a booking, including contact details and any other required information.

Booking Process

  • Guests can book available activities through the website without creating an account. However, to book through the leisure app, users are required to create an/one account.

  • Availability of activities is subject to change and may vary based on location and programme scheduling.

Payments

  • All payments for guest bookings must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations outside the allowed period are not eligible for refunds.

Use of Booked Services

  • Guests are responsible for arriving at the stated activity time and adhering to all guidelines and rules of the leisure centre when attending booked activities.

  • Failure to comply with leisure centre rules may result in the guest being removed from the activity, with no refund provided.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Guest information provided during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy to facilitate the booking and manage guest access to the booked activities.

  • Data collected during the booking process will not be used for marketing purposes unless the guest explicitly provides consent.
