Overview

Pre-paid accounts allow pay as you go users to upload credit to their account, which can then be used for pay as you go activities at any of the Teignbridge Leisure Facilities.

Account Registration

  • To create a pre-paid account, users must create a pay as you go account, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Applying credit to account

  • Credit can be added to a pre-paid account via your My Profile Account's Bills and Payment section.

  • Minimum and maximum upload amounts may apply as stated in the Bills and Payment section.

  • Once uploaded, credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Use of Credit

  • Uploaded credit can be used for any pay as you go activity at any Teignbridge Leisure Centre.

  • Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

  • Credit will be automatically deducted from the pre-paid account balance upon booking the activity.

Expiry of Credit

  • Credit loaded onto a pre-paid account is valid for 12 months from inactivity.

  • Expired credit cannot be refunded, reinstated or transferred.

Account Management and Balance Inquiries

  • Users can check their pre-paid account balance through their Bills and Payment section on the leisure app or My Profile Account on the website.

Suspension or Termination

  • The leisure centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate a pre-paid account for misuse, fraud or violation of these terms and conditions.

  • In cases of termination, any remaining credit on the account may be forfeited.
