1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all retail products purchased at our leisure centre, including (but not limited to) goggles, clothing, swim nappies, nose clips, earplugs and accessories.1.2 By purchasing an item, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices are displayed clearly at the point of sale and include VAT where applicable.2.2 Prices may change without prior notice.
2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.4 We accept card payment only at our leisure centres.
3. Product Information
3.1 While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate, product colours, styles and availability may vary.3.2 If you require assistance choosing a product, our staff are available to help but final purchasing decisions remain your responsibility.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened, worn or used, unless the product is faulty. This includes items such as goggles, swimwear and personal hygiene products due to health and safety regulations.
4.2 Refunds or exchanges for unopened and unused products may be granted within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.
4.3 Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
4.4 If the product was purchased as part of a promotion, the refund/exchange value will be based on the discounted price.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
5.1 If an item is faulty, please return it with your receipt as soon as possible.
5.2 We will inspect the item and if deemed faulty, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with consumer rights legislation.
5.3 Damage caused by misuse, lack of care or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
6. Returns Process
6.1 All returns must be made in person at the leisure centre reception.
6.2 Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.3 Staff may ask for additional details to support quality assurance and product improvement.
7. Safety and Usage
7.1 Please read all product instructions and safety guidance before use.
7.2 The leisure centre is not responsible for injuries or issues arising from incorrect or unsafe use of retail items.
7.3 Some products are intended for specific age groups or purposes — it is your responsibility to check suitability before purchase.
8. Liability
8.1 The leisure centre accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by misuse of any retail products.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Any personal information provided during a refund or exchange process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
10.1 The leisure centre reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 The version displayed at the point of purchase will apply to any transaction.
11 Swimwear Try-On & Hygiene
11.1 For hygiene reasons, customers may only try on swimwear over their own underwear.
11.2 Swimwear that has been opened, tried on, or worn cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
11.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns where hygiene guidelines have not been followed. By purchasing swimwear from our leisure centre, customers agree to adhere to these conditions.
