The purpose of this qualification is to enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to professionally prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective group exercise programmes within a gym or health club setting.

You'll need to make sure you've met the following requirements before you attend your course:

Be at least 16 years of age.

To undertake the Group Indoor Cycling qualification a learner must already hold a recognized fitness instructor qualification (Gym Instructor).
