Junior circuit training creates an environment and goals that are constantly changing. This helps children be more competitive and interested in what they're doing for longer. This session is aimed at Juniors who want to improve strength, speed, power and endurance within a fun, safe environment. Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. Exercises include jump rope, hopscotch, throwing balls, jumping in the air, leapfrog, shuttle runs, hula hoop, relay races, jumping jacks and dashes - One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed.
